IVV, MES: Big ETF Inflows

Comparing units outstanding versus one week ago at the coverage universe of ETFs at ETF Channel, the biggest inflow was seen in the iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV), which added 15,650,000 units, or a 5.9% increase week over week. Among the largest underlying components of IVV, in morning trading today Apple (AAPL) is down about 0.4%, and Exxon Mobil (XOM) is higher by about 1.1%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest increase in inflows was the Gulf States Index ETF (MES), which added 200,000 units, for a 33.3% increase in outstanding units. Among the largest underlying components of MES, in morning trading today McDermott International (MDR) is down about 0.4%.
