Teekay GP LLC, the general partner of Teekay LNG Partners L.P. (TGP) has declared a cash distribution of $0.70 per unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2014, an increase of 1.2 percent over the cash distribution of $0.6918 per unit for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. The cash distribution is payable on February 13, 2015 to all unitholders of record on January 15, 2015.

Teekay Corporation (TK) has declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.31625 per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2014. The cash dividend is payable on January 30, 2015 to all shareholders of record as at January 20, 2015.

Teekay Offshore GP LLC, the general partner of Teekay Offshore Partners L.P. (TOO) has declared a cash distribution of $0.5384 per unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2014. The cash distribution is payable on February 13, 2015 to all unitholders of record as at January 15, 2015.

Duke Energy declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.795 per share, payable on March 16, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business Feb. 13, 2015.

The PNC Financial Services Group (PNC) declared a quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of 48 cents per share. The dividend is payable on Feb. 5, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business Jan. 15, 2015.

RPM International (RPM) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per share, payable on January 30, 2015 to stockholders of record as of January 12, 2015.

And, LTC Properties (LTC) declared a monthly cash dividend on its common stock for the first quarter of 2015. The Company declared a monthly cash dividend of $0.17 per common share per month for the months of January, February and March 2015, payable on January 30, February 27 and March 31, 2015, respectively, to stockholders of record on January 22, February 19 and March 23, 2015, respectively.
