GASL, ITIP: Big ETF Outflows
updated Monday, April 13, 10:55 AMLooking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the Daily Natural Gas Related Bull 3x Shares (GASL), where 3,150,000 units were destroyed, or a 10.3% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of GASL, in morning trading today Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (APC) is off about 0.8%, and Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation (COG) is up by about 0.1%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest outflow was the iShares International Inflation-Linked Bond ETF (ITIP), which lost 800,000 of its units, representing a 34.8% decline in outstanding units compared to the week prior.
