Enterprise Products Partners (EPD) declared an increase in the quarterly cash distribution paid to partners to $0.385 per common unit, or $1.54 per unit on an annualized basis. The quarterly distribution will be paid on Friday, November 6, 2015, to unitholders of record as of the close of business on Friday, October 30, 2015.

American Financial Group (AFG) declared a regular dividend of $0.28 per share of American Financial Group Common Stock. The dividend is payable on October 26, 2015 to holders of record on October 15, 2015. As previously announced, the Board of Directors approved an increase in the company's dividend during the third quarter of 2015. This new dividend rate represents a 12% increase over the annual rate paid thus far in 2015.

LTC Properties (LTC) increased its monthly cash dividend on its common stock to $0.18 per share for the fourth quarter of 2015, approximately a 5.9% increase from the previous $0.17 per share. The Company declared a monthly cash dividend of $0.18 per common share per month for the months of October, November and December 2015, payable on October 30, November 30 and December 31, 2015, respectively, to stockholders of record on October 22, November 20 and December 23, 2015, respectively.

PNC Financial Services Group (PNC) declared a quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of 51 cents per share. The dividend is payable on Nov. 5, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business Oct. 15, 2015.

Watsco (WSO) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 70 cents on each outstanding share of its Common and Class B common stock. This represents a 17% increase in the quarterly dividend rate versus a year ago. The cash dividend is payable on October 30, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 15, 2015.

SM Energy Company (SM) has approved a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock outstanding. The dividend will be paid on November 4, 2015, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 23, 2015.

Men's Wearhouse (MW) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share on the Company's common stock, payable on December 24, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 14, 2015.
