Friday's ETF with Unusual Volume: IGF
updated Friday, August 5, 1:42 PMThe iShares Global Infrastructure ETF (IGF) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Friday, with over 300,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 106,000. Shares of IGF were trading flat on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Friday were Williams Companies (WMB), trading up about 2.4% with over 6.0 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Kinder Morgan (KMI), up about 0.8% on volume of over 4.8 million shares. Wesco Aircraft Holdings (WAIR) is the component faring the best Friday, higher by about 4.2% on the day, while Sempra Energy (SRE) is lagging other components of the iShares Global Infrastructure ETF, trading lower by about 3%.
